What is SignlyPDF?

SignlyPDF is a platform for working with PDFs and electronic signatures: fill forms, collect signatures, sign documents, and produce legally verifiable PDF results without installing software. The system is built for business workflows and provides a full audit trail.

Is SignlyPDF safe and secure?

Yes. We use secure transport (TLS/HSTS), Content‑Security‑Policy with nonces to mitigate XSS, encrypted configuration storage (ActiveRecord Encrypts / EncryptedConfig), and OpenSSL for cryptographic operations. Accounts can enable two‑factor authentication (2FA) and OAuth (Google, Apple) for stronger access control.

How are documents stored and signed?

Files can be stored in configurable storage backends (S3 or other cloud providers) via ActiveStorage; access is restricted and protected. Signatures use PKCS#12 certificates and optional timestamping (TSA). We support LTV (Long‑Term Validation) for signed PDFs when PKI/TSA settings are provided.

What about privacy and data retention?

Sensitive settings are encrypted and access is role‑controlled. Retention and deletion policies are configurable per account and storage backend; specific retention terms should be defined in your contract or account settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?
