SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

1. Subscription Plans and Auto-Renewal

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. We currently offer the following subscription options:

• 7-Day Trial to Annual Subscription: You will be charged an initial promotional fee of $1.49 for 7 days of full access to the Service. Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the 7-day trial period, your plan will automatically convert into an Annual Subscription. On the 8th day, you will be automatically charged $49.00 for the next 365 days of service. Thereafter, your subscription will automatically renew every year at the then-current annual rate (currently $49.00) until you cancel.
• Annual Subscription: You will be charged $49.00 for a 365-day period. Your subscription will automatically renew every year at the then-current annual rate until you cancel.

All applicable prices are stated on the checkout page. By purchasing a trial or a subscription, you expressly agree to this automatic renewal feature.

2. Payment Method

Payment will be charged to the payment method you provided at checkout. You authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to automatically charge the applicable Subscription Fees (including the $49.00 post-trial charge and subsequent annual renewals) to your designated payment method without further authorization from you, until you cancel your Subscription.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method associated with your account. If all payment methods fail, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. To avoid being charged the $49.00 annual fee after your 7-day trial, you must cancel before the exact time your 7-day trial expires.

You can cancel your Subscription by:

• Logging into your account, navigating to the settings/account page, scrolling down to the bottom of the page, and clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’.
• Contacting our support team at support@signlypdf.com (please allow up to 48 hours for processing).

If you cancel, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your currently paid billing period (or the end of your 7-day trial). We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-term cancellations.

4. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable U.S. law, all fees paid are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, or if you failed to cancel your 7-day trial before the $49.00 annual charge occurred. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel it if you no longer wish to use the Service.
